Nine Years!

Our sweet Lux Sophia turns 9 today, so I am celebrating her life by sharing some of my favorite pictures of our beautiful girl.

Last Friday at Hula Seventy

 Now this is fun stuff! My girls LOVE their cousins Ava and Ezra who came for a visit this past Christmas. On the last day of 2011 the kids were stolen away by their super fun Aunt and Uncle and taken into the city for delicious treats and of course, if you know my sister-in-law, some photo booth action.  Here are some of the great moments of that adventure that were, thankfully, captured forever.

Random Fun Fotos #1

I absolutely love this photo of my youngest daughter and her cousin.  Oh how I would love to have been a fly on the wall to hear the conversation that took place between the two! Or maybe it was just a passing moment--both stood up at the same time and Ez tried out the hair dryer on the only other kid in the room.  Either way, by the look in their eyes they were mesmerized by the entire event. Love it.

Passion Conference

I spent the 3rd and 4th of January with my husband, Nate, and the Dustbrand crew as they filmed for the Passion 2012 conference. It was amazing! A lot of my time was spent behind the scenes but I did get to sneak out for a bit and take a few shots from behind the stage.

What a surreal experience to stare up at 45,000 people from the floor of the Georgia Dome! It was an amazing reminder that we are not alone in our faith.
